CCG stands for Collectable Card Game. These are not like Poker or Blackjack; in this game (Magic: the Gathering), each card represents a magical spell, a creature, etc.
If you are interested in learning how to play, go to the WIZARDS OF THE COAST website, and get the info there. We will probably make a rules section ourselves, but as of yet, best to go to the official site.
